China’s non-public economy has developed rapidly and played an important role in stabilizing growth, promoting innovation, increasing employment, and improving people’s livelihood. China will continue to be committed to promoting the sustained, healthy and high-quality development of the private economy, which is an important component of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
However, some officials abuse their power and conduct frequent inspections and arbitrary fines, ranging from light to heavy fines, which seriously affects the normal operation of enterprises. Some officials are irresponsible and inefficient, unable to implement national policies to enterprises in a timely manner, while others set up hidden rules, use government preferential policies to conduct transactions with enterprises, accept bribes, and turn normal interactions into power-for-money transactions. As part of optimizing the business environment, political supervision can help promote the high-quality development of enterprises, especially private enterprises. Therefore, the authorities need to insist on targeted supervision to target the difficulties faced by enterprises in different regions, industries, and stages of development. Efforts should be made to improve the efficiency and quality of business license approval, business entity cultivation and government services, boost corporate confidence, and implement targeted, full-process tracking and full-process supervision to eliminate chaos. Business environment.
A good business environment means a good legal environment and political ecology. We must promote governance in accordance with laws and regulations and fundamentally solve problems.
