“That movie was more sexual than Diddy’s Credit Card,” Glaser said of the film starring Zendaya.challenger”, eliciting laughter from the crowd.
“I’m sorry. I’m frustrated, too,” Glaser continued. “The after-party won’t be as good this year, but we have to move on.”
“Stanley Tucci”frightened‘Just not the same ring. No baby oil this year, just lots of olive oil,” she said, alluding to allegations in Combs’ indictment of sexual conduct and baby oil use, and Tucci’s preference for Italian food.

“You promise you’ll still be yelling from the couch when it dies in the room? I don’t think you are,” Glaser told the audience after someone urged her to keep the line in her monologue.
The next day, Glaser told The Times that she felt the jokes in her monologue were “almost more important” to the people in the room than to the audience at home.
“I don’t know if I am Being savvy enough to see a bombshell joke on TV and still say: That’s still a good joke,” Glaser said.
Fortunately for Glaser, her joke about Combs — and later in the monologue, another crack at the possibility of any as-yet-undiscovered celebrity culprits in the room — was well-received by the live audience. The rest of her opening was well-received by Golden Globes attendees and on social media.

Glaser teases streaming platforms like Paramount+
Glaser began with a monologue, introducing the Golden Globes as “Ozempic’s biggest night.” She quickly turned to poking fun at the Golden Globes live broadcast host: Paramount+.
“If you’re watching CBS, hello,” she said. “If you’re watching on Paramount+, you have six days to cancel your free trial.”
Later in her monologue, Glaser shouted Eddie Redmayne’s Golden Globe-nominated role in “The Day of the Jackal,” which airs on the streaming service Peacock.
“This is the story of a top-secret elite sniper who no one can find because he’s on the Peacock,” Glaser said. “I think I’ve seen more real peacocks than shows on peacocks in my life.”
Glaser didn’t let Netflix off the hook either, via “emilia perez”.
“I think this is undoubtedly the most daring and groundbreaking autoplay movie since Is This Cake?,” she said. “Seriously.”
Glaser features Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande and Adam Sandler
Glaser also proves she knows how to keep her audience engaged.
The host referenced a viral meme from the “Wicked” press tour, when Reporter Tracy Gilchrist told the film’s stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande that people “received the lyrics of ‘Defying Gravity’ and really captured the space and felt the power of it.” As Livo became emotional in response, Grande gingerly held one of her fingers.
“I’m scared,” Glaser said at one point during the monologue. “Ariana, hold my finger.”
In response, Grande reached out to her, then took Erivo’s fingers.
“Tonight, we celebrate the best in film and make space for television,” Glaser continued.
Later, Glaser targeted Timothée Chalamet.
“All I can say is, you have the most beautiful eyelashes on your upper lip,” she said.
After praising Chalamet’s ability to play “beloved weirdos” like Bob Dylan and Willy Wonka, Glaser suggested he play Adam Sandler next.
“Actually, your name sounds like something Adam Sandler would say,” Glaser said, before beginning to imitate Sandler and repeat Chalamet’s name.
When Glaser called out to Sandler, who was sitting in the audience at the Golden Globes, Sandler coaxed out “Chalamet.”
