Throughout N LITE’s Anime Expo 2025 panel, the workers introduced that Osamu Tezuka’s Jungle Emperor Leo anime, often known as Kimba the White, is getting a remake. Particulars concerning the Jungle Emperor Leo remake weren’t confirmed but, so keep tuned.

Proper on the equator in Africa, there is a white lion by the title of Panja. He governs the jungle because the king of animals. Someday he is shot by a hunter whereas his spouse is captured alive to be despatched to the zoo. On the ship heading to the zoo, she offers a delivery to a boy and names him Leo, telling him “You have to return to Africa to grow to be the emperor after your father.”

After letting him escape from the ship, she dies because the ship was sunk attacked by a storm. Leo arrives a port city in Arabian Peninsula, not in Africa, the place he meets a boy by the title of Kenichi and is raised by him. A 12 months later, Leo and Kenichi accompany an investigation group dispatched to Mt. Moon in Africa for the aim of researching Moon Stone, a uncooked stone producing power. Leo who sees the jungle for the primary time exhibits disgust at wild animals killing one another.
